
Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Archaeology Day
18 November, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Archaeology Day, 9.30am – 4pm. The day will feature a number of exhibitions and guest speakers including Dan Hunt, the Royal Commission’s Community Archaeologist for the CHERISH project, who will talk on Climate Change and Coastal Heritage. Other speakers include Professor Mike Parker Pearson (UCL Institute of Archaeology) on The Origins of Stonehenge in Wales, and Ken Murphy (Dyfed Archaeological Trust) on Excavations at St Patrick’s Chapel Early Medieval Cemetery: Recent Work. The event will be held at The Merlin Theatre, Pembrokeshire College, Haverfordwest, SA61 1SZ. Tickets cost £18.
