Job Vacancy – Human Resources Manager

Are you an experienced Human Resources Manager with an interest in heritage? If so, the Royal Commission is looking for a full-time HR Manager on a permanent contract.

This is a great opportunity for you to exercise and develop your HR skills with a small, friendly, and dynamic high achieving organisation. Most of our staff fulfil specialist roles and are highly skilled, agile, and passionate about their work.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have a minimum of three years relevant experience. You will also be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and have a strong commitment to equality and inclusion initiatives.

This is a broad and interesting role which has a direct impact on the day-to-day work of the Commission and has input and influence at a strategic management level.

The Commission is a bilingual organisation and is committed to providing bilingual services. You will therefore be either a Welsh speaker or be willing to take lessons. Training will be provided.

Human Resources Manager – Band D/Higher Executive Officer

  • Full time: 37 hours per week – flexible working arrangements and some remote working will be considered.
  • Salary: £31,120 to £38,160 per annum plus benefits.
  • Closing date: 5pm on 27 February 2022
