It will be necessary to apply for a licence agreement to cover use of the data by completing an ‘Order Form’ (LES08).

We welcome group visits to the Library and Search Room, by prior arrangement. These typically last for two hours, and consist of talks and a display of archive material.
Free, but subject to availability.
Prices are charged in accordance with the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015 and Managing Welsh Public Money.
There is a minimum charge of £5 for all goods and services (excluding copies purchased in the Search Room).
Educational discount: 20% discount (excluding P&P) for all students with a valid student card.
All orders should be made using the ‘Order Form’ (LES08), listing the material and format required. The intended use of the material should also be stipulated so that a licence agreement can be administered, and fees advised upon where necessary. This form is available on our website https://rcahmw.gov.uk/services/enquiry-services or from the NMRW Library and Enquiries Service.
An additional Licence Fee may be payable. Please see our ‘Licence Fees’ (LES17), or contact the NMRW, for current charges.
